Listography: Episode 4

Let’s keep the Movie Madness rolling in Episode 4! Last week we took a look at the Mount Rushmore of Actors and this week it’s the ladies’ turn. We open the show by giving you our Mount Rushmore of Actresses before diving in to the 1980’s.

In segment two we discuss our Top Five Favorite Movies of the 80’s and we finish the show with Three Things in March. It’s a loaded show full of movie talk, but that’s not all we have for you! There aren’t many things on this planet that are more universally known and liked than movies. Other than the weather and maybe music, movies is probably your first go-to when you find yourself in a conversation with a stranger.

The 2019 Oscars have arrived and we’re getting to the point in the year when Hollywood blockbusters start coming quick. With that, we decided to do a five-part movie series that will take us into the summer. The series will be broken up by a few specials, including March Madness and baseball episodes, but for now we give you part one of Movie Madness.

In this episode, we compiled the Mount Rushmore of actors before listing our top five favorite movies of the 70’s. We then finish the episode with Three Things We Liked and discuss three movies we liked that are up for this year’s Best Picture Award.

Listography: Episode 2

We’re back for round two and, despite being wounded from such poor Super Bowl predictions, we’re ready to put football in the past and talk chick flicks, love songs and candy. Valentine’s Day is upon us, and whether you’re single, dating or married, we can all agree that a good chick flick and some chocolate never did anyone wrong.

In this episode, we give you our Mount Rushmore of love songs. An impossible task, we attempted to sort through the millions of songs and give you the four best. We follow that up with our top five favorite chick flicks of all-time. We’re certainly not experts on the topic and that’s why we called upon a pair of guests who we consider experts on the topic – our wives, Hannah and Natalie.

We finish off the episode breaking down another list from the Daily Meal regarding the best Valentine’s Day candies and look at Three Things in retrospect about the Super Bowl.

Hello all!

Welcome to Listography – the show where anything goes as long as it’s a list. A little bit about us before we get going. We are Zach Tsuleff and Zach Wadley and we’re finally giving this podcast thing a try after years of passing the time in college by asking each other the simple question, “Give me your top five ___________.”

That one question has provided us and our friends hours of debate about all sorts of topics and, after a few years of joking we should start a podcast, we decided to finally make it happen.

Without further ado, let’s dive into episode one. Super Bowl week has arrived and so has our Super Bowl Special. In this episode, we cover the Mount Rushmore of Super Bowl games since 2000 (1:40), our top five favorite Super Bowl halftime performances since 2000 (19:15), and break down a list from The Daily Meal about the best Super Bowl party foods. (27:50) We wrap up with three things we didn’t like from the NFL playoffs (33:45) and our Super Bowl predictions (41:20).
